We will continue to do our work until we live in a world where we no longer need to exist - one where no cat or dog ever has to spend its last days in a shelter. We’re working to connect pets with caring people who can provide them with permanent and loving homes. We work with Midland Animal Services and other local rescue groups to select healthy & adoptable pets, pull them from the euthanasia list and take them under our wing so we can find them new homes. Our ultimate goal is to help make Midland a no-kill community. We’re proud to say that we are a no-kill facility. And we are working to give them just that - a second chance, a new path. Midland Humane Coalition(MHC) believes that there is hope for cats and dogs who are in perfectly good health and have wonderful personalities to have a brighter, happier future. The reality is, there just isn’t enough room or resources for unclaimed or unwanted pets. These pets often end up in the city’s shelter and when nobody claims them, they are eventually placed on a euthanasia list. They’re homeless, hungry, sometimes hurt and scared. ![]() If you choose to do business with this business, please let the business know that you contacted BBB for a BBB Business Profile.Īs a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business. There are too many cats and dogs wandering the streets of Midland.
